  4. Get to Know Mozart: Researcher's at Chicago's Roosevelt University Stress Institute discovered when they compared the effects of 28 minute breaks focusing on Mozart, New Age music of reading magazines, that the Mozart group were the least stressed and most relaxed.
  5. Go with What Fits Your Personality: It is important to find something that works and feels comfortable to you. Forcing yourself to try something you don't like or are uncomfortable with will increase your stress level.
