Ingredients: 1 package of cream cheese (softened)* 1 jar of taco sauce half of a bell pepper (green) 1 tomato 1 package of Mexican shredded cheese* about half a head of lettuce
*Diet friendly if low-fat or no fat cheeses are used.
Spread the cream cheese on a flat plate (for example, a cake plate). Note: depending on the size of the plate, you may need more cream cheese. Spread the taco sauce on top of the cream cheese. Cut the bell pepper into small pieces and dice up the tomato and sprinkle on top of the taco sauce. Shred the lettuce and put on top. Top with the shredded cheese. Serve with taco chips.
