BROCCOLI CHEESE DIP

Ingredients:
1 pound Velveeta Cheese
1 can mushroom, stems & pieces
1 10 oz. Box frozen chopped broccoli
chopped onion or onion flakes
1 ½ sticks margarine
1 can cream of mushroom soup
garlic salt to taste

Cook broccoli according to microwave instructions. Saute' mushrooms, butter and onion. Put cheese in crockpot and melt; add cream of mushroom soup, and rest of ingredients.

If you have leftover and are tired of dipping with chips, this is really good over a baked potato or can use what's left to make a broccoli-rice casserole.
