*1 prepared deep dish pie shell 1 can crushed pineapple 1 pkg vanilla low fat no sugar added instant pudding 1 cup low fat Kool Whip
If using frozen crust, prepare following directions on package. Cool slightly Mix crushed pineapple complete with juice and dry pudding mix together. Stir until completely mixed. Quickly fold in Kool Whip and place into prepared pie shell. Store in refrigerator.
This filling will set up fast, so have the Kool Whip ready to go in as soon as pudding and pineapple are mixed together and pour immediately into shell.
*Graham cracker crusts taste great with this pie, but the filling tends to be heavy, making the graham cracker crusts sometimes crumble when lifting pieces out of the pan.
