These make great appetizers or can be used as part of a light meal with cheese, crackers and veggies.
Ingredients: A package of Johnsonville Little Smokies About 2 packages of bacon brown sugar
Spray a baking dish with a cooking spray. Take the bacon and cut each slice into thirds. Take one of the pieces of bacon and wrap around a smokie and stick a toothpick through to hold the bacon in place and place into baking dish (single layer--don't double stack). Once you've wrapped the desired number of smokies, sprinkle the top with brown sugar. Bake at 325 degrees for about 30 to 45 minutes.
